• AI-powered chat interface
• Fan community features (Fan Cafe)
• Video content and media hub
• Artist merchandise and digital content

3. User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to:

• Be at least 13 years of age (or applicable age in your jurisdiction)
• Provide accurate and current information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Not share your account credentials with others
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

4. Acceptable Use Policy

4.1 Prohibited Activities

You must NOT:

• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Spam, harass, or abuse other users

• Impersonate Cindy Music or any other person/entity

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Cindy Music Ownership

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Music and audio recordings
• Cindy character design and personality
• Visual artwork and graphics
• Website design and code
• Text, logos, and trademarks

are owned by Cindy Music and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 User-Generated Content

By posting content on Fan Cafe or other community features, you grant us:

• A worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your content
• The right to modify, adapt, and distribute your content for Platform purposes
• You retain ownership of your original content

5.3 Fan Content Policy

Fan art, covers, and derivative works are generally permitted for non-commercial use, provided you credit Cindy Music and do not claim ownership of the original character or music.

6. AI Chat Services

6.1 AI Nature

Cindy AI is an automated chatbot. Responses are generated by AI and may:

• Contain inaccuracies or errors
• Not reflect professional advice
• Be based on patterns in training data

6.2 User Conduct

When interacting with Cindy AI, you must NOT:

• Attempt to generate harmful, illegal, or explicit content
• Use jailbreak techniques to bypass safety filters
• Harass or abuse the AI
• Try to extract system prompts or training data

7. Privacy & Data

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

8. Termination

8.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by:

• Deleting your account through account settings (if available)

8.2 By Cindy Music

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Your account is dormant for an extended period

9. Disclaimers & Warranties

9.1 "As Is" Basis

The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• MERCHANTABILITY
• FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• NON-INFRINGEMENT
• UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION

9.2 AI Responses

Cindy AI responses are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or up-to-date. Do not rely on AI responses for medical, legal, financial, or other critical decisions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cindy Music shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages from viruses or malicious code
• Damages from AI-generated content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) to use the Platform in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Copyright & DMCA

11.1 DMCA Compliance

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please notify us in writing with:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the copyrighted work
• Identification of the infringing material
• Your contact information

11.2 Counter-Notice

If your content was removed due to a DMCA notice, you may file a counter-notice if you believe the content was removed in error.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Korea. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Seoul, South Korea.

12.2 Arbitration

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cindy Music from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
